This policy explains how applications published under the Illuso Technology brand handle data.

1. Information Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. This may include device information such as operating system version and device model, as well as usage statistics provided through third-party analytics tools such as Google Firebase.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, manage subscriptions, measure reliability, and support some apps through advertising, our apps may integrate with third-party providers that process data according to their own privacy policies.

When we share non-face data with a service provider, we require the provider to handle that data with the same or equivalent privacy protections described in this policy and required by applicable law.

3. Data Storage and Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide and improve our apps, support subscriptions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For data we directly control, we generally retain it for no longer than 24 months after your last use of our apps or last contact with us, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the app data, or uninstall the app. Analytics, advertising, crash, and subscription data processed by third-party providers is retained according to those providers' policies. When you request deletion, we will delete or request deletion of data under our control within seven business days unless limited retention is required for the purposes described above.

4. User Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under our control. Send privacy and data-deletion requests to support@rkvpxdr.com. We aim to process valid deletion requests within seven business days.

5. App-Specific Disclosures: Color Analysis: My Colors

Color Analysis provides personal color guidance from a selfie or portrait photo selected by the user. All photo and face-data processing for this feature occurs on the user's device.

A. Face Data Processed

When a user chooses to take or select a selfie, Color Analysis processes the source photo, a normalized working copy, face count and two-dimensional face bounding boxes, normalized landmarks and contours for the face outline, eyes, eyebrows, nose, cheeks, and mouth or lips, head-pose angles, detection confidence, face-area and photo-quality measurements, sampled colors from facial regions, and derived color traits and analysis results. The app does not access TrueDepth or Face ID data and does not create a faceprint, biometric identifier, identity profile, or face-recognition template.

B. Use of Face Data

Color Analysis uses this data only to perform the user-requested functions: check whether the photo contains one suitably positioned face, assess lighting and sharpness, sample color around facial regions, produce a seasonal color result and palette, align color drapes and optional makeup or hair previews, and reopen a result the user saved in local History. Face data is not used to identify or authenticate a person, track a person, build an advertising profile, market to a person, train an artificial-intelligence model, or make medical, health, race, ethnicity, or other sensitive-trait determinations.

C. Processing, Sharing, and Disclosure

Face detection runs locally on the device using Google ML Kit Face Detection as an on-device processing component. Color Analysis does not upload or transmit the user's photos or derived face data to Google, our servers, or any other third party. We do not sell, license, disclose, or share face data with Google AdMob, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Firebase, advertising networks, analytics providers, data brokers, or information resellers. Face data is never included in analytics, advertising, or subscription-management events.

D. Storage

We do not operate server storage for Color Analysis photos or face data. If the user saves an analysis, the source photo, normalized image copy, face landmarks and contours, photo-quality measurements, derived color traits, and result are stored only in the app's private local storage on that device. Temporary working copies used during an analysis are kept in the app's temporary local storage and are not used as server-side or business records.

E. Retention and Deletion

Saved Color Analysis face data is retained on the device only until the user deletes the individual analysis, chooses Delete All, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app; there is no fixed server-retention period because no server copy is created. Deleting an analysis removes the app-managed source photo, normalized copy, stored face geometry, derived face data, and associated result. Temporary files are subject to operating-system app-storage and temporary-file cleanup, and uninstalling the app removes its local container. Because we do not receive a server copy, no additional request to us is required to delete Color Analysis face data.

6. App-Specific Disclosures: BabyPeek: AI Baby Generator

BabyPeek is an entertainment app that creates fictional AI baby previews from photos users choose to upload. It is not a medical, genetic, biometric identification, or child-development prediction service. It does not provide medical advice and does not attempt to identify a person.

A. Data Processed for BabyPeek

When you use BabyPeek generation features, you may choose ultrasound images, parent photos, or a current child photo. These photos may contain face data if a face appears in the image. BabyPeek also processes generation settings such as target age, appearance options, and selected AI model.

B. Face Data Use

BabyPeek does not create a face template, faceprint, biometric identifier, or identity profile. We use photos and any face data they contain only to generate fictional previews requested by you. We do not use this data to identify, authenticate, track, or compare people, or to provide medical, genetic, ancestry, or paternity predictions.

C. Google Gemini API

To provide its core generation feature, BabyPeek sends the photos and generation settings you select to Google Gemini API. Before this happens, the app presents a one-time consent panel. If you do not agree, you can cancel and no generation request will be sent.

Google processes this information according to its Privacy Policy and Gemini API Terms.

D. Storage and Retention

We do not operate our own server storage for BabyPeek photos. Original photos and generated previews may be saved in the app's local History on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, or remove saved items. Google processes data sent to Gemini API according to its applicable policies and service terms; we do not keep a separate copy of uploaded BabyPeek photos on our servers.

E. Sharing and Protection

We do not sell BabyPeek photos, face data, generated previews, or generation settings. BabyPeek does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not share this content with advertising networks or data brokers.

7. App-Specific Disclosures: OcheFlow

OcheFlow, listed in stores as Darts Scorekeeper: OcheFlow, is our darts scoring and training app. These details explain the data practices of its current version.

A. Players, Scores, and Local Storage

OcheFlow does not require an app account. Player names, match and training records, individual dart scores, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not automatically upload these records to our servers or send them to advertising, analytics, or subscription providers. It does not provide its own cloud sync for these records. Device backups and restoration are controlled separately by your operating system and account settings.

B. Advertising and Privacy Choices

The free app uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), device and advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This supports ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. On iOS, this may also include crash data. OcheFlow does not request access to your precise location.

Google's User Messaging Platform helps determine and record the advertising privacy choices applicable to your region. When available, open Settings → Privacy choices to review those choices. You can also manage advertising identifiers or tracking permission in your device settings. Declining personalized advertising or iOS tracking permission does not necessarily disable all ads or the technical data needed to serve them. An active OcheFlow Pro entitlement removes in-app ads.

C. Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple or Google processes payments. OcheFlow uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, manage Pro entitlements, and analyze subscriptions. RevenueCat processes store purchase information, subscription status, and an anonymous app user ID. OcheFlow does not send player names, scores, or an email address as RevenueCat customer attributes. We do not receive your full payment card or bank account details from an in-app purchase.

D. Analytics and Support

OcheFlow uses Mixpanel to understand app use and whether subscription access works. We record subscription-page views, completed purchases, and successful restoration of Pro access. Depending on the app version and platform, Mixpanel also automatically records the first observed app opening, app sessions and their duration, app updates, and Android crash information. Earlier versions record a separate app-opening event. These events include the app identifier, app version, and device and platform information described below. Automatic events may also update first-use dates and session totals associated with the analytics identifier. On iOS, the SDK may observe in-app purchases and record product identifiers, prices, and quantities. We do not attach order details to our custom events.

Mixpanel uses an anonymous analytics identifier and may process device and operating-system information, app version, and IP address, including an approximate location inferred from it. This identifier associates activity with the same installation without an OcheFlow account. We do not send player names, scores, match or training records, email addresses, purchase receipts, or RevenueCat user IDs to Mixpanel. We do not link these analytics records to advertising identifiers or use them for targeted advertising.

AdMob and RevenueCat may perform the measurement described above. If you choose Contact us in the app, the draft email can include the anonymous analytics identifier to help us locate your analytics records. You can review or remove it before sending. We receive your email address, that identifier if included, and the information you choose to send so we can respond.

E. Deleting Records and Requesting Help

You can delete saved match and training records in the app's History. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the app's local data, subject to any device backup or restoration you control. Local deletion does not delete store or RevenueCat purchase records, or analytics records already processed by Mixpanel.

For access or deletion requests about OcheFlow subscription data processed on our behalf by RevenueCat, contact support@rkvpxdr.com. Mention OcheFlow and the store used. We may ask for an order reference or other information needed to locate the record and verify your request. Do not send your store password or full payment details. Store records and information required for legal or transaction obligations may remain subject to the relevant provider's retention rules. Google advertising data and choices can also be managed through Google's privacy controls linked above.

For access or deletion requests about OcheFlow analytics data, use Contact us in the app and include the anonymous analytics identifier in the draft email. Describe your request and send it to the support address above. We use that identifier to locate the relevant records and request their deletion from Mixpanel; we may ask for information needed to verify the request. If you have already cleared the app's data or uninstalled it without keeping the identifier, we may be unable to identify the earlier analytics records. Requests are handled under the retention and deletion terms in sections 3 and 4 above. Deletion removes the identified records; it does not disable future analytics if you continue using the app.

Deleting app data or requesting deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

8. App-Specific Disclosures: RingFit for Android

These details apply to RingFit: Ring Size Finder for Android, package com.rkvpxdr.ringfit, a ring-measurement utility intended for adults aged 18 and over.

A. Optional AI Photo Analysis

When you choose an AI scan, the app sends the measurement photo, selected finger or ring mode, language, app version and platform to our Firebase backend. The backend sends the photo and analysis instructions to Google Gemini API to estimate dimensions and generate ring-size and style guidance. The AI camera presents a consent disclosure before use; you can decline and use the manual tools instead. Photos and request information are transmitted over HTTPS.

Google processes submitted content under its Privacy Policy and Gemini API Terms. This feature provides estimates for jewelry sizing, not medical advice.

B. Local History and Backend Records

Saved measurement photos, results, profiles and notes are kept in the app's local storage. This local history is separate from photo transmission for an AI scan. Firebase creates an anonymous app identifier without a username or password. Our backend uses that identifier and subscription status to check access and maintain usage counters. Security and reliability logs include a pseudonymous identifier, timestamps, app and task information, model and scan mode, request size, processing time and success or error status.

C. Google Play Purchases and RevenueCat

Google Play processes subscription payments. RevenueCat processes store purchase history, subscription status and app identifiers to validate purchases, restore access and manage Pro entitlements. We associate the RevenueCat customer with the Firebase identifier so the backend can check subscription access. The applicable providers' policies linked in section 2 also describe their processing.

D. Analytics and Optional Feedback

Mixpanel records feature use, paywall views, ad impressions, purchases and restoration, including plan, price and currency information when applicable. Automatic app-use events are enabled and can include native app crash descriptions. Analytics may include device and operating-system information, app version, language, an analytics identifier and an IP-derived approximate location. After a successful purchase, analytics can be associated with the app's subscription identifier.

If you submit the optional Request a feature form, its free-text feedback is sent to Mixpanel for product improvement. Do not include passwords or full payment details. Contact us opens your email app with a draft that includes the Firebase anonymous user ID and Mixpanel distinct ID, when available, to help locate app records. You can review or remove these identifiers before sending. If you send a message, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond.

E. Advertising

The free app uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. An active Pro entitlement removes in-app ads. Advertising identifiers can be managed in Android settings; Google's privacy policies and controls are linked in section 2.

F. Retention, Deletion and Support

Data under our control is handled under the retention and deletion process in section 3 and section 4. AI, advertising, analytics and subscription providers apply their applicable policies and service terms. Removing local history does not automatically delete backend usage records, provider records or purchase history. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the app's local storage, subject to device backups and restoration you control.

  1. To request deletion, open RingFit for Android's Settings → Contact us, or email support@rkvpxdr.com. Say that you want to delete RingFit for Android data and specify any data you want to keep.
  2. Keep the support identifiers in the draft if possible so we can locate the records. We may request the minimum additional information needed to verify ownership and the requested scope. Do not send your Google password, payment-card details or a new measurement photo.
  3. We delete eligible app identifiers and backend usage records, and delete or request deletion of associated analytics, feedback, crash and RevenueCat customer records. We also review any identifiable AI-provider records within the request's scope. Delete saved photos, measurements, profiles and notes using the app's history and profile controls, or clear app data or uninstall; manage device backups separately.

For valid requests, we delete eligible data under our control or initiate provider deletion within seven business days. Provider processing may take longer; we distinguish completed deletion from pending requests. We retain only records needed for the legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes described in section 3, and explain applicable exceptions. Google Play purchase records and provider-held security records may remain under their applicable retention requirements. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription; manage renewal in Google Play's subscription settings. Later app use or purchase restoration can create new records.
