1. Information Collection
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. This may include device information such as operating system version and device model, as well as usage statistics provided through third-party analytics tools such as Google Firebase.
2. Third-Party Services
To provide our services, manage subscriptions, measure reliability, and support some apps through advertising, our apps may integrate with third-party providers that process data according to their own privacy policies.

When we share non-face data with a service provider, we require the provider to handle that data with the same or equivalent privacy protections described in this policy and required by applicable law.
3. Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide and improve our apps, support subscriptions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For data we directly control, we generally retain it for no longer than 24 months after your last use of our apps or last contact with us, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the app data, or uninstall the app. Analytics, advertising, crash, and subscription data processed by third-party providers is retained according to those providers' policies. When you request deletion, we will delete or request deletion of data under our control within seven business days unless limited retention is required for the purposes described above.
4. User Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under our control. Send privacy and data-deletion requests to support@rkvpxdr.com. We aim to process valid deletion requests within seven business days.
5. App-Specific Disclosures: Color Analysis: My Colors
Color Analysis provides personal color guidance from a selfie or portrait photo selected by the user. All photo and face-data processing for this feature occurs on the user's device.
A. Face Data Processed
When a user chooses to take or select a selfie, Color Analysis processes the source photo, a normalized working copy, face count and two-dimensional face bounding boxes, normalized landmarks and contours for the face outline, eyes, eyebrows, nose, cheeks, and mouth or lips, head-pose angles, detection confidence, face-area and photo-quality measurements, sampled colors from facial regions, and derived color traits and analysis results. The app does not access TrueDepth or Face ID data and does not create a faceprint, biometric identifier, identity profile, or face-recognition template.
B. Use of Face Data
Color Analysis uses this data only to perform the user-requested functions: check whether the photo contains one suitably positioned face, assess lighting and sharpness, sample color around facial regions, produce a seasonal color result and palette, align color drapes and optional makeup or hair previews, and reopen a result the user saved in local History. Face data is not used to identify or authenticate a person, track a person, build an advertising profile, market to a person, train an artificial-intelligence model, or make medical, health, race, ethnicity, or other sensitive-trait determinations.
C. Processing, Sharing, and Disclosure
Face detection runs locally on the device using Google ML Kit Face Detection as an on-device processing component. Color Analysis does not upload or transmit the user's photos or derived face data to Google, our servers, or any other third party. We do not sell, license, disclose, or share face data with Google AdMob, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Firebase, advertising networks, analytics providers, data brokers, or information resellers. Face data is never included in analytics, advertising, or subscription-management events.
D. Storage
We do not operate server storage for Color Analysis photos or face data. If the user saves an analysis, the source photo, normalized image copy, face landmarks and contours, photo-quality measurements, derived color traits, and result are stored only in the app's private local storage on that device. Temporary working copies used during an analysis are kept in the app's temporary local storage and are not used as server-side or business records.
E. Retention and Deletion
Saved Color Analysis face data is retained on the device only until the user deletes the individual analysis, chooses Delete All, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app; there is no fixed server-retention period because no server copy is created. Deleting an analysis removes the app-managed source photo, normalized copy, stored face geometry, derived face data, and associated result. Temporary files are subject to operating-system app-storage and temporary-file cleanup, and uninstalling the app removes its local container. Because we do not receive a server copy, no additional request to us is required to delete Color Analysis face data.
6. App-Specific Disclosures: BabyPeek: AI Baby Generator
BabyPeek is an entertainment app that creates fictional AI baby previews from photos users choose to upload. It is not a medical, genetic, biometric identification, or child-development prediction service. It does not provide medical advice and does not attempt to identify a person.
A. Data Processed for BabyPeek
When you use BabyPeek generation features, you may choose ultrasound images, parent photos, or a current child photo. These photos may contain face data if a face appears in the image. BabyPeek also processes generation settings such as target age, appearance options, and selected AI model.
B. Face Data Use
BabyPeek does not create a face template, faceprint, biometric identifier, or identity profile. We use photos and any face data they contain only to generate fictional previews requested by you. We do not use this data to identify, authenticate, track, or compare people, or to provide medical, genetic, ancestry, or paternity predictions.
C. Google Gemini API
To provide its core generation feature, BabyPeek sends the photos and generation settings you select to Google Gemini API. Before this happens, the app presents a one-time consent panel. If you do not agree, you can cancel and no generation request will be sent.
Google processes this information according to its Privacy Policy and Gemini API Terms.
D. Storage and Retention
We do not operate our own server storage for BabyPeek photos. Original photos and generated previews may be saved in the app's local History on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, or remove saved items. Google processes data sent to Gemini API according to its applicable policies and service terms; we do not keep a separate copy of uploaded BabyPeek photos on our servers.
E. Sharing and Protection
We do not sell BabyPeek photos, face data, generated previews, or generation settings. BabyPeek does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not share this content with advertising networks or data brokers.
