1. Information Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. This includes device information (OS version, model) and usage statistics provided via third-party analytics tools like Google Firebase.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, strictly manage subscriptions, and support some apps through advertising, Illuso APP apps may integrate with third-party service providers that may process data according to their own privacy policies.

3. User Rights

4. App-Specific Disclosures: BabyPeek: AI Baby Generator

BabyPeek: AI Baby Generator is an entertainment app that creates fictional AI baby previews from photos users choose to upload. BabyPeek is not a medical, genetic, biometric identification, or child development prediction service. It does not provide medical advice and does not attempt to identify a person.

A. Data Processed for BabyPeek

When you use BabyPeek generation features, you may choose ultrasound images, parent photos, or a current child photo. These photos may contain face data if a face appears in the image. BabyPeek also processes generation settings such as target age, appearance options, and selected AI model.

B. Face Data Use

Face data means facial features that may be visible in a photo you choose to upload. BabyPeek does not create a face template, faceprint, biometric identifier, or identity profile from your photos. We use photos and any face data contained in those photos only to generate fictional AI baby previews requested by you. We do not use face data to identify you, authenticate you, track you, compare you against other people, or provide medical, genetic, ancestry, or paternity predictions.

C. Google Gemini API

To deliver BabyPeek's core AI generation feature, BabyPeek sends the photos you select and the generation settings you choose to Google Gemini API, a third-party AI service provided by Google. This transfer is necessary to generate the requested AI preview. Before BabyPeek sends photos for AI processing, the app shows a one-time consent panel explaining that selected photos will be sent to Google Gemini API. If you do not agree, you can cancel and no generation request will be sent.

D. Storage and Retention

We do not operate our own server storage for BabyPeek photos. Original photos and generated previews may be saved in BabyPeek's local History on your device so you can view them later. They remain on your device until you delete the app, clear the app data, or remove saved items where the app provides that control. If you choose to save or share a generated preview, the preview may be stored in your device photo library or shared through the destination you select.

Data sent to Google Gemini API is processed by Google according to Google's applicable policies and service terms. We do not have direct access to Google's internal retention systems, and we do not keep a separate copy of your uploaded BabyPeek photos on our own servers.

E. Sharing and Protection

We do not sell BabyPeek photos, face data, generated previews, or generation settings. BabyPeek does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not share BabyPeek photos or face data with advertising networks or data brokers. We use third-party providers only for the purposes described in this policy, and we require those providers to protect personal information with safeguards that are the same as, or substantially equivalent to, the protections described in this Privacy Policy.
